  • How long does it take for my kit to ship?

    Our standard processing time is 3 business days and standard shipping is 2-7 business days.

Balloon Kit Questions

  • Can you color match my kit or installation?

    Yes! Email us at adornmentteam@gmail.com if you need help color matching or are looking for something specific and not seeing it on our site.

  • What is your return + refund policy?

    All sales are final unless there is a defect with your product that was caused by Adornment.

    Damaged Items: If you received a damaged/defective item, please email adornmenteam@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include picture of the damage + order number.

  • Can my balloons be out in the sun?

    Yes. However please keep in mind that balloons will be more prone to popping if outdoors. They will also oxidize and the colors will become matte.

  • What's the difference between Small, Medium, and Large?

    We offer three kit sizes! Our small 4-6 ft. (~50 assorted balloons), our medium 8-10 ft. ( ~85 assorted balloons), and our large 12-15ft. (#? assorted balloons).

  • How do I blow up double stuffed balloons? Any tips?

    If your kit comes with double stuffed balloons, do not pull them apart. Double stuffed create a custom color and will show once they are blown up. You will need a hand pump for the 5” minis that are double stuffed and we recommend an electric pump to blow up other sizes of double stuffed balloons.

Installation Questions

  • How do I book an installment?

    Click the “Get In Touch” tab and fill out our form! We will get back with you as soon as possible with an estimate.

    Happy with what you see? To book your date, you must pay a 50% depsosit. Adornment is not responsible for dates not being held if the deposit has not been paid. The final 50% is due the day before your event. If you do not pay your full amount, we are not held responsible for canceling your event due to the customer not making their payment.

  • What is your refund/cancelation policy?

  • Do you pick up my balloons after?

    The balloons are yours to keep or dispose of! If you would like for an Adornment team member to dispose of the balloons for you, you’ll be subject to an additional charge proportion to your delivery fee.

  • Do you offer mock up services?

    Yes, we do! Upon a 50% deposit and booking your event date, a team member will get back with you in a timely manner with a mock up. We offer up to 3 free mock ups.

  • What if there's bad weather?

    It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the weather and ensure that they are comfortable proceeding with the event as planned and to let Adornment know if the location of your installation needs to be change.

    In the event of unexpected bad weather, we may not be able to set up and will have to cancel your event without a full refund.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend at least 2 weeks of notice. Customers who book with less notice may be subject to a rush fee.

Troubleshooting

  • What if my command hooks are not sticking to my wall?

    Command hooks will only attach to an untextured flat surface. Adornment is not liable for damages from the adhesive so be sure to test spot your wall if wall paint is delicate and remove adhesive (slowly) by the tab as soon as possible.

  • Are the colors I received correct?

    If your kit comes with double stuffed balloons, do not pull them apart. Before inflation some of our colors will look very different but they will show their true color once they are blown up.

  • How do I keep my balloons from popping?

    We recommend not over inflating and tying and assembling with care in a cool environment. Being exposed to heat and sunlight can increase the possibility of popping. We also recommend adjusting them as little as possible once they are installed, especially if they are out in the sun. Please keep in mind that balloons are balloons and can pop for no visible reason.

Safety Warnings

WARNING! Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required at all times. Always keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.

Made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies, ranging from minor skin irritation to anaphylaxis. Look out for symptoms and, if any allergic reactions are suspected, seek medical help immediately. The foil and bubble balloons offer a non-latex alternative when choosing your balloons.

Always use a pump to blow up the balloon(s).

Balloons are for decorative purposes only - they are not a toy. Adornment LLC cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury following the misuse of balloons.

Helium filled balloons must be attached to a suitable weight to ensure that they are not released into the environment. Please dispose properly.

NEVER under any circumstances inhale, or allow anyone else to inhale, helium balloon gas. This can cause asphyxiation, leading to unconsciousness and death due to lack of oxygen.
