Balloon Kit: Returns, Refunds + Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds except in circumstances of damaged goods, incorrect items sent, or delayed fulfillment. In the event of damaged goods at the hands of Adornment LLC and not the carrier, we will replace any and all items that did not arrive safely at no cost to the customer if reported within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a replacement for damaged goods, email our team at adornmentteam@gmail.com to report your issue and please attach a picture of the damaged goods.

Installation : Returns, Refunds + Exchanges

Cancellations are available until one month prior to your event with the option to reschedule to another date. Your cancellation may be subject to other charges. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except under certain circumstances.
